When I bought my house and replaced the front and back door locks and dead bolts I ended up with 8 keys to the house. So what I have done is each car has a key fob with a car key and a house key on it. So I usually leave the house with a key fob and my work keys on a separate ring.

I would def recommend Lojack or GM Onstar...ive found alot of Alzheimers patients that take their cars and forget........um....where they are;).....Lojack takes a bit longer.
If u live in the boonies, whos goin through the woods lookin in ur car? May be someone u know, aka teenager with no time on his hands....
