Fran says "$30-32k depending on a few things" for a Honda powered turnkey. Higher than I thought. *shrug*

I'm ordering an electric. You can get one for $40k, but I'm going $42.5k for the peppier motor. He says it'll get the same range if you don't get down on it, but obviously if you get down on it you're going to decrease your range. Should be well north of 40 miles if you're nice to it. You can also program the throttle action (both the map and the top end) with a PC, so if you want to loan it out you can make sure people can't go too nuts. Or you can limit yourself for range purposes.

Should have it in about five weeks if all goes well.
