The Mazda Sports Car Club is planning to hold a car-control clinic April 14th on the skidpad at VIR. Basically, we will have it to ourselves and it will be wet (hopefully from the sprinkler system and not because it is raining). Anyhow, this is an excellent opportunity to focus on learning how to deal with the various extreme driving conditions (under/oversteer) in a safe and controlled manner.
When you are not running on the skidpad, there is going to be some interesting vintage racing going on that day to keep you entertained (that is, if you get bored watching your friends spinning out).
