wanted: touque wrench that goes down to 35 inch pounds

my neighbor and I are changing out our transmission fluid. the specs on his Durango say to only torque the nuts down to 35 inch lbs...

anyone out there have a touque wrench or screwdriver capable of this reading...i'd love to borrow it!!!

I believe that Scott had a similar situation; he wound up using a spring scale tied to his socket wrench IIRC.

naw, I needed 2 to 4 inch pounds, and it had to be a beam type wrench.

Anyhow, I do have an in-lb wrench that goes that low, it's a 3/8 drive from Sears, lists for $60 or so. I'm sure Harbor freight has a discount version for about $20.
