Last night I was watching the V8 Supercars race at Mount Panorama, Bathurst, Australia and I was thinking, what a race track.
That's a track I would like to drive on with the Porsche. So that bring me to think what other track I will like to drive on.
So here the list I come on with, track that I will probably never drive on, track that I can probably drive on, and track that I already drive on and really like.
In no particular order except maybe by Continent.

So lets start with the one that bring this up

Mount Panorama, Bathurst, Australia
Suzuka, Japan
Motegi, Japan ( road course )
Istanbul Park, Turkey
Kyalami, South Africa
Circuit de Catalunya, Spain
Circuit de Monaco, Monaco
Enzo and Dino Ferrari, Imola, Italy
Nurburgring Nordschleife, Germany, done with rental car, just make me wish even more to do it with my car.
Hockenheimring, Germany, done with rental car.
Circuit of Spa Francorchamps, Belgium
Circuit de la Sarthe, France
Silverstone, England
Brands Hatch, England ( long course )
Donington Park Grand Prix Circuit, England
Isle of Man TT circuit, England, Home of the Tourist Trophy motorcycle race, should be fun in a car.
Mt Tremblant, Quebec, Done
Watkins Glen, Done
VIR, done
Road Atlanta, Done
Sebring
Barber Motorsport park, Done
MidOhio
Road America
Miller Motorsport Park
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
Infineon Raceway

I watched that race also. I have been recording the V8 series just so I could see that race. The elevation change and the way the track drops away going through the S's looks like it would amazing to drive.

An interesting thing about playing racing video games is that you get to drive tracks that you may never get a chance to drive. Here is my much shorter list that is pretty much pulled from Patrice's list...

Mount Panorama, Bathurst, Australia (Driven in video game. Love the radical elevation changes.)
Suzuka, Japan (Another from video games. I love the 1st, 2nd turns, S Curve, Gyaku Bank Curve and Dunlop Curve section.)
Nurburgring Nordschleife (Another from video games. I WILL drive this in real life before I die)
Isle of Man TT (Curious to drive in video game, but suspect it is more dangerous than I would care for in real life)
Mid Ohio (First track I have visited.)
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (Another from video games that I enjoy.)

In addition to the real tracks above that still exist today. I would love to be able to sample some older tracks that no longer exist. Monza in Italy has existed in a number of different layouts. Especially those with the banked sections. Just like the Isle of Man TT, I think it would be fun to drive something like the Targa Florio on a computer game. Problem is that the courses are so huge (70+ km lap for Targa Florio?), I don't think that many people (i.e. young kids who buy video games) would care to drive them.

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

That is a good list Patrice. I am working on crossing a bunch of US tracks off my list this year.

Tracks I will drive within 1 year.
VIR - done
CMP - March
Road Atlanta - later in the year
Sebring - done
Roebling Road - next week
Rockingham - done
MidOhio - OLOA
Autobahn - OLOA
Mid-America - OLOA
Miller Motorsports Park - OLOA
Pueblo - OLOA
Hallet - OLOA
Indy Raceway Park (now O'Reilly) - OLOA

Doing One Lap of America sure does make that list look long! :)

Richard

Most of the tracks on my list are there because I play them on video game and they make me wish to drive them for real.

I agree with you about the Targa Florio.
