Is anyone else out there using a TiVo (or other type of DVR) to record motorsports stuff?
It was nice this year to be able to record F1 qualifying (both sessions), pre-race and race without having to get up early to watch it live (used to do that before I had kids). Also with all of the weird hours (i.e. late night) that Speed uses for non-NASCAR programming it has worked out well for me. Delayed coverage fo the WRC events is another example of that.
I have my TiVo to autorecord based upon some keywords. "Autocross" has yet to find a single show. The "SCCA" keyword is in the process of recording this years SCCA runoffs that Speed has been showing recently. "Isle of Man" keyword has also recorded some of the motorcycle TT stuff as well.
