Robert Courts, the owner of Integra Mortgage Company.

They have very competitive 30 yr. fixed rates and you'll get very personal service & attention.

Good luck Chris,
Matt

I'll give you some place not to call...

I used them a few years ago and they were awful. They lost some of my paperwork multiple times and I was a nervous wreck that they wouldn't get my paperwork together in time for closing.

my 2 cents

we have used countrywide in the past and will be using them again soon. our realtor gave us a contact, and while she was very competitive we still went with countrywide as we had history. her name was Leslie Mitchell with Charter One Mortgage 919-567-6862. she was very thorough and i would have used her were it not for the relationship with countrywide.

Came recommended by my realtor when we moved 15 months ago, and I'd certainly recommend him to anybody. Located in Cary off of Kildaire and S. Maynard. Was very helpful and patient as we went over ALL our options (I had a bunch of questions and we ran a bunch of scenarios). All his mortgages are purchased by Wells Fargo immediately, so you're basically writing directly with WF. Unlike some of the other guys you basically know you won't be sold again, as WF is one of THE primary purchasers. Jim's rates were competitive to leadership as compared to other local options, and about parity with the reasonable online options, given he has a wider selection of options, depending on what you're looking for. But unlike the online places, Jim worked with us through the process (which was by FAR the easiest application process we've bene through in 5 or so mortgages), and even drove from S. Cary to N. Raleigh to attend our closing, just to see it through. Icing on the cake - highly recommended. No relation, affiliation, etc... just a satisfied customer.
