We are looking to add a room to our house in Garner. Wand to add a 16x12 addition off of our den. If anyone has used someone in the past couple of years that you were happy with please forward some contact info to me.

My primary concerns are quality of the work and timetable. I don't want to break the bank but I am willing to pay for quality. I also don't want a builder that drags his feet and over-promises and under-delivers.

You may try and look up Lee Hagan. I know there are folks in the club that will vouch for him. Lee is a long time club member but stopped participating recently due to more important things in life (grown-up stuff really sucks).
