Harry Hogge: Cole, you're wandering all over the track!
Cole Trickle: Yeah, well this son of a bitch just slammed into me.
Harry Hogge: No, no, he didn't slam you, he didn't bump you, he didn't nudge you..He "rubbed you. And rubbin, son, is racin'.
I respect the technology of F1, but find it boring to watch - Too much about the starting position, car and not enough action.
There isn't much "stock" about the NASCAR cars today and the "car of the future" will be worse. The wing on the back sucks - too ricer for me. The cars now are just like drag racing funny cars. I am for the safety aspects of those new cars.
All the rules NASCAR has imposed have ruined some parts of racing ie: restrictor plates. It is too "commercialized" for me. But, I still enjoy the competition and personalities.
Whatever their sexual orientation (I don't care if they are gay), I don't like Jeffy and Jimmy either.
Gordon is a cry baby. At Bristol he left his helmet on, pushed Kennesth then jumped behind a big guy. He cried and cried about getting wrecked on a track where contact in unavoidable.
Then, at Chicago he returns the favor and says it is just racing. He should be man enough to say he did it to win and if Matt doesn't like it, meet him in the garage.
Johnson causes way too many wrecks. Like his buddy Jeffy, he thinks everybody should get out of his way. Back in the day, guys like Jr. Johnson and Bobby Allison would have kicked their asses.
When Jeremy Mayfield "moved" Earnhardt to win at Pocono in 2000, Earnhardt didn't cry about it. He said it was his fault for drving into turn 3 too hard and letting Mayfield catch him. That's just racing.
I'm fired up now! I think I'll whip SM 88 the next time he wins.
