It was so funny at the second intermission watching the Sabres fans. They were acting like they had already won the cup! The ones behind up shup up quick when we tied it and even more so on the go-ahead goal.

WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

BRIND'AMOUR summed it up nicely about the Sabre's at the end if you were one of the unlucky that had to watch it from home. The Sabre's as a team were/are great, it's just a shame that their coach talks to much and takes the spotlight away from them.

Awesome game, scary in the middle but fantastic come back!!! Can't wait for Monday's game!! (Too bad I'm not going. )

I was at the game last night and there is nothing that can explain the energy that fills the arena during playoff hockey! It's incredibly loud (probably has a lot to do with the alcohol!! :beerbuds: ).

Hockey in June baby! Gotta love it!

i saw on the local news a story about the decible levels. seems they were overly concerned about people going deaf. only in the triangle. gotta love it.

I was expecting this series to be one of the best of the playoffs. It was. Now I'm hoping the series with Edmonton will be even more exciting. Props to the Sabres. A very good, young team. Edmonton will be tough. They've been a spoiler team for that past few years. But usually don't make it this deep into the playoffs. As much as I enjoyed the heck out of them beating the Wings it's time for them to go away...

That is supposedly one of the loudest arenas in the league. The acoustics are impressive. Many teams have been surprised just how much it rocks.

Go Canes!

According to some reports, if you wanted tickets for the Cup Finals, you are out of luck, Standing room only is all thats left, and they are $280 a pop.

I went through ticketmaster about 9 this morning and there were tickets available. I did the 2002 Stanley Cup thing, so it is out of my system :-) My rationale...racing or hockey. For the next two months, I have one weekend off from racing...

I checked just now for game1 and game2 and the only tickets are SRO, and Jim, there are no home games on weekends for us... all during the week :)

I already have tickets with my partents as a mini-plan holder,

Since I am a season ticket holder, I had plenty of opportunity to get my tickets :-) I will need the weekdays to mess with the car and have the game on the radio.

If I was going to look for tickets...game 7 and roll the dice it goes to 7.
