I wonder how many broken necks before it's pulled off the market? It does look like fun idea, but I think the design needs some refinement to increase stability.

I suspect most of the price goes for the liability insurance premiums...

Yeah, it looks like your only "flight" option is to stay really still and hope you don't fall off!

Now if it could be redesigned so you had some degree of control (up/down, maybe a little left/right), now that would be fun!

It could be shaped like a hang glider wing with the tow rope attached to the center "keel" for stability and control. A slight gust, sideways movement of the rider or turn of the boat and that thing would tip and dive sideways into the water in a hurry IMHO.
