We finally have made some progress on the new shop- the footings + slab are done, now we are just waiting on the building to arrive.

I will need to rent or borrow a heavy duty hammerdrill to drill some holes in the concrete for some anchors (can you say "lift"??)....

I know I can rent from the usual rental places, but I thought I'd ask here first. Will pay reasonable rental fee if anyone has one of these- or will trade or barter for other things of value I may possess. I have a Mig Welder, and can stick 2 pieces of steel together for you, or offer the use of the lift after it is successfully installed, or offer various piles of used BMW parts in exchange for the use of said hammerdrill.

Please let me know if you have something or know where to find one.

Thanks!

Bret.

Amazing. Literally takes 20 seconds to put a 5/8" hole in a 4-5" slab.

Alrighty!!

Adam, I'll call you when I'm ready to make some holes.... The builder told me ~2 weeks before the building would be delivered- then about 1 week for them to put it up, so it'll be ~3 weeks or so before I actually need it.

Gotta go find what size anchors it needs, and get some of those ready to go.

Thanks!!!!
