I've progressed on the log home far enough to start the siding for the 2nd floor. The siding is T111 4x8 panels. Think 1/2 plywood with vertical grooves cut in it. Since its for the 2nd floor it takes a bit of help getting it up there.

That’s where I could use 3 or 4 folks to help. Saturday looks like it will be clear and cool; a fine day to do this. I'll be out at the house at around 8:30 or 9 but can start whenever folks can come by. Please let me know if you can help. If we go to lunch I'll buy!

The goal is to get as much done as possible but getting the 8 plus sheets across the back is the goal for the day.

If you can help please drop me an email: ronspencer at nc dot rr dot com.

If you need directions:

64W and take the bypass.
Take exit for 87. Right at bottom of ramp
Go about a mile and turn left (is 1st paved left you can take)
Go about another mile. My drive is on the left just opposite where the churh graveyard starts. I'll try to remember to mark it with a cone.
About 45 minutes from Raleigh

Thanks! Ron

If your house wasn't so far from my house... *sigh*

Off topic but did you get the couple emails I sent earlier? About some notes I may have left in your truck.

Now, as for being far away....hey, you're the one that moved!

I did, and I haven't seen them.

I know, I know... I moved. But I like it up here. :)
