For the bushings, search on miata.net for poly bushings and adapt the knowledge to what you should do. For the rear, you don't remove both A-arms per side, you place the axle on a jackstand and remove the appropriate one and crank it through using the
Harbor Freight tool. (is that really on sale for twenty bucks?) An air powered impact wrench is a must. For the fronts, you do a similar thing, but you can't do it on the bench, you hold the hub up with the jackstand and pivot the appropriate control arm and crank on it on your lap.
I did all 22 bushings in two days, but I was working alone and hadn't done the job before. I only had to heat up two bushings with a torch, driver's rear lower, and this might be due to driving around and autocrossing on that blown shock for 6 months.
Another hint for the front suspension is that since you're replacing the sway bar is to leave it out until the end so that you can do the "long bolt" shock replacement instead of the lower bolt one. Again, a quick search on miata.net will have a low signal to noise, but you'll find it.
Hit me up on pm if you want to discuss things further, I'll be around this weekend, not even four miles from US-1.
As for the alignment bolts, you can't get them everywhere. Sometime later in the years of Miata building, somebody in Hiroshima figgered out that coarse thread bolts tire and slip and reengineered them with a finer thread and now have two channels instead of one. The fine threads are what you want, and for $40 and peace of mind, they're worth every penny. Stick your head under the car, and you'll see the washer with markings and you'll see what I'm talking about.
