Anyone know a good tax accountant? I am looking for someone to do my taxes this year. Nothing too complicated. Preferrably somewhere in North Raleigh. Please reply or give me a call at 919-848-0639.

I have had enough conversations with Mr. Plank to conclude that he would be a very good choice in this regard. During his occasional lucid moments, he has exhibited all the attributes of a competent accountant.

Besides, you could keep the money "in the family" and, of course, Robert could use the beer money! 8)

This works for me http://www.taxcut.com/  . . . but if your time is worth more than mine is at the moment hiring somebody certainly makes sense.

I've been using Jack Short at RTP Federal Credit Union. Mostly for basic returns including simple stock sales to slightly more complex things like investing in start-ups.
