Any one have a nice impact gun they would let me borrow? I am trying to do a timing belt change on the wifes integra, and appartleny my impact does not have enough torque to break the crank pully bolt loose.

Yes, I do, but it's in Durham.

For what it's worth, I kind of thought Honda/Acura crankshaft pulley bolts were left-hand thread (righty-loosy). Not sure if you are attacking it that way or not.

I'll be headed to Whitney's house this evening (5ish) in case that works for you.

Actually that would work, I be there right around 5, I have reservatoins at a reastuarnt at 5:30 so I will just do a drive by to pick it up, thanks!

As far as righty loosy, the helm did not say anything about that.... but who knows... Also what size Impact Sockets does it take 1/2 inch? If its bigger, can you bring a 3/4 socket or 19nmm? Thanks!

David, I've got one I can let you borrow as well. I'm located in NW Raleigh. Let me know if you need it.

The crank pulley bolt loosens counter clockwise like a regular bolt
