The guy from GRM actually specifically requested that I send a pic of the black Prelude, because he's always loved them.

(I used to own one just like it - except without the engine swap)

I sold the Prelude after I got my blue 2.5RS, because the RS was just as much fun & the Prelude couldn't go everywhere like the RS. It had Konis/H&R sport springs on it, and it handled great & rode pretty well - and it accelerated like my WRX, but with more low-end power.  If I had known that I would join this club the next year (I had never even heard of you idiots at the time :P ), I would probably still have it today. It would've made a great track car.

It might not have gone everywhere the RS can go, but it can go more places than you might think...http://www.jpiii.com...my entry point to PRO Rally.

Don't know if that's the same car, but there was one that I had seen on the Internet back when I still owned the Prelude. I had driven mine up to Tablerock Mtn once (10miles of rutted gravel), and that was enough to convince me to keep it on pavement or well-groomed gravel driveways from there on out. When I drove the 2.5RS up there the day I bought it  , it was all over for the Prelude.
