This is the weakness. First off misspelling "recogni[b]z[b]ing" then blaming the tort rules of the US. Obviously there are ways in the rulebook that allow for changing the course for safety. They were just overlooked. Weak sauce.

2- Tort rules? What tort rules? I think the only tort rules we have in this country now are stop the suit when their is no blood left in the defendent's body!

This is but a recognition that you cannot effectively the majority of the teams in your series without serious reprecussions.
