Cool car Mike, I dont have Carfax but I googled Bimmer Z1. I have never heard of one. Do you know what market it is from? What year is yours? Does it have a title, or is it a track car. What kind of power does it have? What a nifty head turner!

Sorry, not nearly that sexy. And it would go against my rule-set for owning a car these days. The car I'm looking into is a Technoviolet 98 M3 coupe w/ 82k miles.

So once I get the car, then plan to paint the white beater E30 YELLOW and then replace the brown 97 Suburban with a newer green Suburban. Then I'd have:

Red 325is
Orange MGB
Yellow 325es
Green Suburban
Blue Miata
Indigo (dark blue) 325i 4-door
Violet M3

I have a disease...

Well, I do have a Miata. And I only ordered a half-rack of ribs at Sagebrush last weekend.

Imagine how long we would have been there if you ordered the whole rack!

I'm marking that place off my dining list in Sanford. That's pretty much the worst service I've ever received. Too bad, because my food was excellent.

Well, missed out on that one. Got too busy at work and didn't call back soon enough. He traded it in and got $2k more than what he was going to sell it for. Too bad... On with the search.

Thanks for the link. I'm only interested in 96+.

You're right, price is good for the mileage. I'm actually targeting 80-100k simply because that's when the prices plummet. A lot of people get scared of BMWs at 100k miles and give HUGE premiums to cars with 50k or less. High-mile BMWs are, IMO, a very good bargain if you are prepared to work on them yourself. A far better "deal" than any other high-mile make I have worked on (which are usually used up).
