I enjoy somewhat cryptic plates, but they're no good if almost nobody gets it (or they make folks think of kids farting in a pool :D), so let me try again. I really need one more space or a particular character DMV doesn't currently allow, but, anyway...

Again, please select one of the 2 answers from the poll, but please don't give away the answer on the forum if you do get it. (Happy to receive any PMs if you want to elaborate on your answer :-).

Still clueless. :banghead:

I got the same thing Mike did on the last one, but I knew that couldn't be right.

This must be a math problem, so let's break it down into its parts:

-BRRLMKR

- BRR LM KR

- - Not! Well, it's not a Mustang. No question there.

BRR - It's cold out there! My Mustang likes to stay in the garage when it's cold out there.

LM - either Leon Mandel or (but nobody uses the initials of dead automotive journalists on their licence plates, so it must be) Le Mans. Wasn't that a great movie? Nobody could stare like like Steve McQueen. And you know, he drove a Mustang in another of his movies. Perhaps you saw it.

KR - this is tougher. At first I thought: King Richard. But your car is not blue. Nor does it have a hemi, or even a 440 Wedge Six-Pack. Crown Royal? Close, but you said "K". Coach ...? No, not that loser-boy! We are obviously left with Shelby GT-500KR, the baddest of the Shelby Mustangs.

A-ha!

"Not as cool as Steve McQueen's Mustang"

Mary - thanks for giving us this little brain teaser! -Art

WooHoo it took ME PMing me a hint or two but I like the plate actually.

Yes it could be misinterpreted in a sort of gross way...

I had figured it out when it was "BARRLMKR", but I would not have figured it out as "-BBLMKR" (or slight variations of that). But once I knew what it was, the others "make sense", but are harder to figure out starting from scratch.

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

I'm still clueless. I'm guessing this is a bad plate since you will probably get rear ended as folks follow you too close as they try to figure it out.

Instead how about.

MINI ME

Anyways, congrats on the cool new ride.
