Well, I need a "friendly" notary. Long story short, my brother signed the title of his (now my) car not in front of a notary and gave it to me. Which means, I now need a notary to politely sign and seal the title so I can get the car titled here. Easy thing to do would be to get my brother to come to the DMV and sign a bunch of other forms...but he lives in NYC. sucks...
