I don't know if anybody here has been bit by one of these yet. I keep noticing more of them poping up in Raleigh. I personally don't like that I could loan out my car and end up with a ticket in the mail. If it was me driving I would not have as much of a problem with it. But I have run across a site that is selling plate covers and a spray coating that causes the plate to show up white in the flash picture taken.
