Give Mark Cooper a call at Hubcap Heaven in Cary. He's usually very competitive will mail order for the Azenis. Club sponsor, good guy, good work.

I'll second giving Mark a call at HH. He got me set up with a set of Azenis for what I believe is a very good price, top notch quality and service.

Way to go Mark

I like mark and will support hh&w as much as I can. But, we were charged ~$600 for our first set of azenis by him in february. In april we picked up our 2nd set from discount tire for $535. For the next set, if he can match it and come close, no problem, but I'm not willing to pay $65 more to support a club sponsor. $5-10 or so, yes, but not $65 :)

best i've seen so far:

http://www.vulcantire.com

195/60-14 $42
205/50-15 $62
205/55-16 $77
215/45-16 $97
225/45-17 $105
245/45-17 $112

shipping is $9 per tire for the 215/45-16's. i'd assume it's the same for all sizes.

if hh can come close to these, i'll go through them for sure. i'll definitely only use hh for mount and balance.

Don't forget that part of Mark's price that he has no control over is NC Sales Tax. That's one big advantage to ordering over the Internet. It really works out well when they throw in the free shipping too. :D

I doubt Mark would be too offended (call and ask him first) if you bought them on-line from DTD and had them shipped directly to HH&W to do the M&B. That's what I do with my local tire guy here in Wilson. He has no problem with it since he makes most of his money on those chrome 22" bling wheels and the M&B anyway.

That $535 was including sales tax from the local discount tire, as was the $600 for Mark ;)

When I purchased the Azenis a few months ago Mark charged $72 ea for the Azenis 205/50/15. A dollar per tire more than Vulcan when you add shipping. I did pay NC Sales Tax too, but you sorta owe that either way.
Mark also saved me a few bucks per wheel for the Kosei K1 TS over the Tirerack price.
Give him a call. My sense is that he doesn't expect to get business when he's not competitive.

Got my Azenis from www.edgeracing.com $62 each for 205/50/15. The total with shipping was well under $300.

Mark charged me $402 last week for 205/50-15 Azenis M&B'ed. Unfortunately, I'm with Tom on this one.
