HCMC car show May 20th

Wanted to reach out and ask if anyone would like to help represent THSCC at the heart of carolina mustangs upcoming car show on May 20th. I'm getting the banner from the bus next week and I'll have an ezup along with a small card table. I was also going to set up my laptop and have an autox loop to display. Art and I will be there, but could use 1 or 2 folks from the club to talk to walk ups. Show will be over at the Cary towne center, so an easy drive. Let me know if you can help out please.

I'm going to try to attend for a little while at least. I can field some HPDE questions if they pop up.

Thanks Stephen! We'd sure appreciate some more help with this. I'll be there, but will be tied up with event operations.

You certainly don't need to be a Mustang driver to participate, in fact, having a different kind of car on display would be a good thing. I've heard about a new car that's supposed to be great for autocross. I think it's called a Miater, no.. a Mierba... oh yeah, a Mayorga! Mostly, we just need a couple of friendly faces at the tent to talk up THSCC.

It looks like the mall has assigned us the autocross lot for this show, which starts at 9 AM.

A LeMons car would be a great attention-getter as well.

BTW .. the show benefits the Food Bank of Eastern N.C.

If I didn't have plans with my other club on Saturday (diving) I probably would have come by and could have driven one of those Miaters lol.
