At the Christmas party, I was excited to learn that quite a few of you had homebrewed before that I didn't know about. Post up here if you brew, and we can maybe do some bottle shares! What are you brewing next? I'm currently fermenting a NE style IPA, 80/20 Golden promise malt and Flaked oats, with Centennial, Galaxy, and Citra hops. My first time using Wyeast London Ale III yeast, which supposedly gives a nice fruity ester character. Should be ready in ~2 weeks!

Same here- I have but not for years and it was just extract brewing. I have avoided getting back into it since my hobbies tend to get out of control and I know I would end up building a tempt controlled closet.
