OK, ordered a Challenger from Superior Auto Lift. (Clay). Now all I need is electricity

'lectricity is easy IMHO. How far is your breaker box from where the lift is going?

100 feet plus. I have to add a new meter box and had to run wire from it to the new panel in the garage.

I just got the Harbor Freight scissor lift for those with less than 10' ceilings. It does not mount to the floor, so no installation required for the most part. I know most folks shy away from the Harbor Freight name for anything but hammers, but if you read the reviews, none of them are bad and mine seems to be of better than average quality. You can use the 20% off coupons on it as well. If anyone wants to come check it out, let me know. I'm in North Raleigh.

Great, I'm glad to see someone it respect, well at least know enough to give me a beer, do this. I paid somebody to put a clutch in the 996 and regret not getting this instead and doing it myself. Might pull the trigger soon before I put plugs in.

I dug through some old e-mails and found the info for the guy who installed mine and Dustin's lifts. Also, AFAIK, he will install any lift, not just those that he sells.
