Lessons learned:
You want dedicated antennae - you don't want one of those motors that spins a single antenna. They are not repeatable.
You want them in the attic so they aren't affected by wind, ice, etc.
You'll have to upsize the antennae to account for signal loss thru the roof structure. My largest antenna (pointed to PBS) has an 8foot boom. You need plenty of room.
You'll need power at the antennae for the pre-amp.

Beyond this setup, I have CenturyLink DSL and Amazon Prime for streaming.

Just for another datapoint. I purchased a single full size yagi style antenna and a motor. Mounted it in the attic, and set two preset points on the motor controller. One to point to the Raleigh field, and one to point to the Greensboro field, all of your listed channels come in clearly with that setup. I also get 2.x and 45.x channels. No preamp was required for my setup. Well, I did need one until I found that one of my connections in the wall had corroded and was putting a lot of noise into the system. Once I found that, I removed the preamp.

I'm in Cary, and the pbs channel is so strong that it doesn't matter which direction the antenna is pointed, it comes in clearly regardless.

Cash, did you buy some kind of signal meter to help aim the antennas?

No. I just took a 17" TV up to the attic and aimed each antenna. Unlike the old analog signal, todays digital TV signal is much more narrow and consistent. I have not had to touch the antennae for years.

Anyone know of any sites that would help me spec the combiner, amplifier, and splitter?

It sounds like you are in good shape with cable infrastructure. My suggestion is to start with Antennaweb.org - it will give you distance and frequency (color coded) of the channels you want. Then go to Solidsignal.com to pick an antenna based of distance and color code. They are also very helpful with advice for your other accessories.

Since every application and location is different and the antenna specs for distance and frequency are more of a guideline - there is a certain amount of trail and error. Here's what I did:
I took a first pass selecting the three antennae.
Then upsized (distance) to account for signal loss due to roof structure, trees, etc.
Then I bought the ONE that I thought would be my largest (rather than buying them all at once).
I tested the ONE in all three positions - it turned out not to be big enough for my furthest signal.
Armed with this info, I bought the other two antennae - one smaller and one larger.

Good luck - let us know how you make out.

Doesn't using an antenna to watch TV automatically mean you have to run in the OF class?
