Not sure if this is too early to bring up, but this is only 5 weeks away. We always seemed to get trapped by this one rushing at the last minute. There is fair amount of prep for this one.

> making sure all the art work is completed prior to knowing the year end points standings. We will be in a crunch this year w/ the NCAC
> We need the MSR link up so folks can start signing up and voting
> need to start setting up those power points so we can make fun at everyone....
> probably need to start soliciting for pictures

and the list goes on.... Hoping I can make this years party....

NOV should be a pretty simple class to do trophys for considering there are no events left for the year with a Novice class, same for any other not included in NCAC.

If Sally runs Ladies at the NCAC will she be eligible for a season trophy in Ladies class?

No, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, we don't regularly have a Ladies class anymore. Secondly, we have a 5 points-event minimum class participation for season class trophy eligibility, and I don't see any results for Sally from past 2015 events.

EDIT: we'll have Ladies class at NCAC

2 things I'd like to point out here.... First, there's only 4 members signed up for the party so far, so get on it people! It's only a few weeks away.... 2nd, I see we can't vote yet. When will that be available?

Oh yeah, guess I should do that.

So I have a question, the wife is Vegan so she won't be eating but is planning on coming, the payment is mostly to cover food and stuff so is it ok for me to just register myself and she'll tag along?

Also, in regards to voting it says November 21st.

2015 Election online poll - Coming November 21st!

Its a combination of paying for dinner and for renting the space. We'd probably let her in. Just buy $10 extra worth of raffle tickets.

Fair enough, I hadn't considered the space rental.

Nope, lol. Well, the corn could be if you use a vegan butter substitute lol.

I'm going to assume that voting will now take place entirely at the party. Still don't see the voting option on line...
