I hope you enjoyed the grill badges that were created for the celebration of the clubs 50th anniversary. Seemed the right thing to do. I also want to thank our resident art guru, Shawn, who added the "50 years" at the bottom of the badge!

Due to the price and setup, we were only able to have a 100 of these produced, so once these are handed out they are gone. I know that Zach handed some of these out at the party under the understanding that if you were a member in good standing you could receive a badge.

Zach has the badges and will hand out the remaining on a first come, first served basis, but we will consider involvement w/ the club. We'd really like to make sure that folks that have a history w/ the club receive one. If it comes to the point where we need to order, we'll need a serious commitment. The minimum we can order is 100 pieces and the price would be around $1700. We have 2 years to order at that price, after that the striking die will be trashed and we'll have to spend the bucks to have it set up again.

Again, hope you enjoyed the badge. Hope to see these mounted in the upcoming months!

I have to find a way to mount it on the Camaro, the upper grill openings are too big for it to bolt up.

Very nice pieces though!

Hey Rodney and Zach,

Can you make sure that Miles Beam gets one? I will volunteer to bring it to him as I don't think he is on the forum much

If there are any left by the January meeting, I'd love to have one. Of course, being a newbie, I'll certainly understand if they're all spoken for.
