That's how I used to feel when I had to start dealing with fuel injection on a car. Webers and even a 4bbl Holley were so easy to tune and understand. :lol:


I used to always says how I loved working on carbs so much better and all the new fuel injected stuff was a pain. Now days though the systems are so reliable and configurable with a laptop I certainly don't miss carbs. Even my motorcycle is fuel injected and just being able to hit that starter and it fire right up every time without any back firing, flooding, etc is so nice!

When I sold the FF and the Van which have carbs part of the "process" was explaining the cold start procedures. Especially for the FF since no choke either (until you put your hand over the carb air inlet as a choke).
