Chuck, the rennaissance man. But, yeah, gotta love that he not only painted the rotors, but also the PAD surface (thought they were calipers) and did it despite having steelies and caps that wouldn't let them be seen! This is Darwin's theory at work.

Since the car is a MK III Golf it is a 4 lug car. Only the wheel covers have 5 fake lug holes.
