I assume you've verified the bulbs are actually burning out versus a poor connection. Sometimes if the lamp socket center contact has been pushed too far down bulbs will arc (you can usually hear the arcing if the room is very quiet and may see flickering). Scrape the contact clean and then carefully bend the contact up a little. Circuit breaker off of course.
Have you tried different brand bulbs? Maybe "pay me now or pay me later" applies.
Is there a fan that is causing the bulb to vibrate a lot? If so, see if any of the bulbs that fit mention "fan use" and/or see if you can tame the vibration. There are fan bulbs but I don't know if they are made in the form factor you need.
If any of the available bulbs claim "double life" or similar the lumens/watt may be slightly lower but the filament may be stronger.
Try a lower wattage if all else fails. The filament may be stronger.
Also, do other bulbs in your house burn out relatively rapidly? You might get a voltmeter and check the voltage at nearby receptacles. Normally home voltage is around 120 vac. Significantly higher tends to shorten bulb life but you would normally see (pun intended) this with other incandescent bulbs in the house.
