So you guys know I've been running the "chevron's" on what ever car I have, just my "thing". Well, american muscle has ripped off my idea and is now selling the chevrons...

www.americanmuscle.com/matte-hash-stripes-9404.html

time to move on now.

That said, I'm in need of some subtle graphics to put on the car to break up all the green. I'm not interested in the standard fair that can be ordered on line like the C boss body side stripes. Just looking for something small and unique to add to the car. I suck when it comes to designing stuff like this hence my easy to install stripes. I don't mind trying some plasti-dip and painters tape for masking for some designs.

suggestions?

I really like the RS3 stripes from Roush.

I'd hate to copy stripes from a tuner car like that, but I'm not creative enough to come up with my own design.

I would look to Steve McQueen for inspiration.

Well at least Rodney's Bullitt can leave TWO black marks.

Have you looked at this for ideas? http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/customizer/

You could follow the "example" of my race car and start adding a bunch of event and sponsor stickers and permanent numbers and class letters. SPS has a lot of choices. Click on the links in this page. http://www.soloperformance.com/Decals_c_36.html

thanks for the info Dick. The mustang customizer site didn't have what I would want to install, but I did get a few ideas off of it. Whatever I put on the bullitt will have to be removable when I get ready to sell it "again". That will probably happen towards the end of the 2014 autox season. Already getting the itch for something else. Had the mazda for a year and bullitt for 2. That's too long for me . I'm thinking a nice v8 M3 would be fun to have. They're starting to get down to my price point.

Some think the last generation of Bullitt Mustangs had too much bling already. Speaking of black marks:

Lower side stripes like those on the '07-08 Shelby GT, but with "Bullitt" (in block script like on the rear badge) instead of "Shelby GT". Make the stripe in the reflective black used on the '13 Boss 302s, optionally add a pair of matching rally stripes on the hood, roof and trunk.

Interesting ideas so far, but I'm not going that far in regard to graphics. I like the stealth look of the bullitt as it sits, just needs a little something to go on it and it needs to be removable. It definitely will NOT have hood, roof or trunk stripes. That goes against the karma of the car...

I'm still trying to figure out what the hell that is? It's either a bullet train or the head of the "predator"
