So was it any good? Worth standing in line for?

Well it was free and we barely had to wait (probably could have got there at 6:30, but alas, didn't want to get turned away). I thought the movie was great. Howard and team did a good job making the movie look like it was from the 70s. The sounds were spot on for the era's cars. Definitely a movie where it is worthwhile seeing in theaters due to the racing and sounds.

My only gripe is I think they played up the Playboy card for Hunt way too much for the first 30 minutes or so of the movie. I mean I understand that's who he was but get to the plot sooner please :).

Great movie! Admittedly I was in pure "enjoyment" mode and not being critical, but I agree Ron did a great job with the realism and portraying believable, likable but flawed characters. I like this style of historical non-fiction stories adapted for the screen, it gets away from the old bad-guy good-guy rut and puts us in a more realistic story. It's kind of like "Apollo 13 in race cars" in terms of the realism and lack of a lot of hollywood cliches.

Got in with no hassle. Thanks James for passing it along.

You got a problem with tittes? Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Now the extended medical scenes, that was something I could do without. But the level of hot-chick-ness in the movie was  for me. Hahaha.

Nice diversion from an othewise insane week at work. Back to my data queries now....

Olivia Wilde kept her cloths on the whole time so I don't care....

Anyway, the sound of those engines were a lot better than the side boob shot of the ditzy blonde nurse :)
