Not sure what is going on. I played around with editing your post to try to bring it back together, but it was giving me problems. I think it is related to the links (or number of links) you have. But the qty you are using shouldn't be an issue.

If we're allowed to buy trailers, we should be able to apply the money towards a house with a larger garage. Because that's infrastructure too. :)

If it's only cars, I'd probably go crazy on bringatrailer and eBay.

- The nicest 500E in the country
- A Lancia Delta Integrale.
- Any number of old Citroens, especially a DS
- A pair of CTS-V wagons, one for me, one for the wife, as kid haulers.
- And I'd buy an S2000 again. So far, it's the only car I've ever owned that I would buy a second time.

I am hooking up my trailer to my tow rig. It is one entire package. ;) I notice nobody has put an RV on their list!

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

I put up the F-750 after seeing one in person at this month's Chump race. It was huge.

You just haven't known me long enough. I have *always* liked stuff like that. Old MBs, Delta Integrales, this is all stuff I've thought was cool since I was a kid. The only Matchbox car I still have is a Citroen CX. It's sitting on top of my desk at home. And it's not a Matchbox - it's a Majorette. Made in France!

*I* am only planning on having one. But why should only one of us get a CTS-V, if we've been gifted $250K? It'll hold its value better than a sedan. I wouldn't turn down a coupe, though.

OK, I had to good look up a 1978 Mercury Colony Park. Really? Otherwise I dig the list....

I know I started the thread, but I'm still working my list....

Hers: Lexus IS-F, low mileage & few years old, V1, 35% tint, black in color for daily driving with a hitch for the bike rack. His: E90 M3 with pretty much the same criteria I guess. ~$50k budget apiece.

Then I'd probably setup a black FR-S in CS trim with whatever tires are the hotness next year, r-comp or streets depending on the rules, Volk TE37s or SSRs, and Motons. Or maybe STX though? $35k?

I'll be the outlier and think of 10
V8 CJ-7 in decent shape with a decent winch and >33" tires but trailworthy for places like Uwharrie. $15k

NSX - newest & lowest mileage I could find just because I've always wanted one. $50k

...and then the fun part, three $10k cars to autocross:
ITR with high mileage for D Stock with Rivals for street tire class fun.

ST prepped Civic or god's chariot even though I've never driven one, but they look like a lot of fun.

AP1 with around 100k miles, with a replaced/decent shape softtop with Rivals or ZII's & a giant FSB for RTR-BS class fun.

&

E46 M3 coupe in Laguna Seca Blue, no thanks to SMG trans too. This color is so ugly it's gorgeous and the I'm probably one of the few that loves the S54 rasp, but then again I think B18 sounds great bouncing off the limiter so what do I know? $20k

So, the cars that uncle Bruce allowed me to buy….so far

Aston Martin V8 Vantage, 80k
75 Vega Cosworth, 7k
70 Oldsmobile Cutlass, hopefully my old one back, 20k
Buy/build the Factory Five ’33 coupe, 30k
BMW M6 shark, 30k

I’ll have to think on this some more, running out of money, what’s listed is stuff I actually want. Spent ~167 so far…. Damn, money don’t go far these days. Yeah, uncle Bruce should have left me (us) some more bucks.

I love station wagons, and while 70's Ford products are generally terrible, 5th gen Colony Parks are such magnificent behemoths that I'd put up with the planned obsolescence. Alternately I'd also enjoy a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon.

Man that is a nice budget. So I'd put a bitchin S54 in a E30M3. I could do a nice one for 30k. I would need a nice trailer for 15k.

Although Bruce specified two cars I'd use the rest to do two chics at the same time. I know Bruce would understand

I feel like I'm copying other people to a degree, but

CTS-V wagon (daily driver), and the new 911 turbo (Turbo S if I have the budget), although instead of going new I should go with a 993 Turbo S (last of the air-cooled 911s).
