Actually, if I remember correctly this was just after you rolled it. I remember hearing the story and being nervous (as a rally-x noob) about rolling it myself.

That is long back.before i had the vw wheels, which were strong as hell. Why not build the whole car out of that stuff?Humble beginnings. Starting in a 2wd car with good handling but no power. Now I got 2wd down! The ground clearence is less the nissan than the toyota, but it is faster after i slow down, to speed back up.My driving style comes from having no power, foot down all hte time. Although you probably knew that! You all missed a great time in the ville, dirt track race, then a rally cross. A fast as all get out rally cross too.

Ha! My first foray into a co-owned car. That one was fun, but I'm definitely having a lot more fun in my latest co-owned car (Simon).

Where is the Corollovera these days anyways?

The Corollover suffered an ait cleaner leak and ingested enough grit to lap the valve seats into the head until it would not start. Once we went into the engine it was too tired to recussitate. The car was fun and we hal lots of runs with 7 drivers, but it was just not fast enough to keep up with the General Lei, so it is "retired".

Here's a photo circa 1988 at Rocky Mount with Pete and the Hawaiian Tropic maiden, me and the '73 MG Midget. Note the Chevy Monza wheels - I was right proud of those wheels and the 205 wide tires.

And since everyone else is posting up their Hawaiian Tropic girl "trophy presenter" photo evidence, here is mine. This was early 1999 and was my first ever autocross trophy I think, I'm pretty sure I beat out Karl Kauffman in street tire class that day to get the 3rd place trophy spot, of course we had Karl to thank for these beautiful ladies so that probably particularly smarted for Karl, but I'm sure he was still able to pose for a photo op.

The filename is Trophy Girls small, which can only lead to this question: where are the large trophy girls?

Forum wouldn't let me upload the full resolution one, I can send it to you if you'd like to see more "detail".
