Why is Zach's car parked in front of my office?

Went outside at 10am and saw this - parked in the best spot. Guess we need to put up a gate to keep the riff-raff out. :sing:

A better question is does your office have a dome over it or some magical pollen filter? That car looks like it was just washed 5 minutes prior to that pic.

Oh snap!!! Just saw this thread. :lol:

Had to go to some stupid team building meeting in one of the Duke offices this morning. At first I parked in the "visitor" lot until I saw you had to pay. Forget that! Then I saw that spot with no sign, and that was the winner! I'm probably lucky I didn't get towed/ticketed.

I must say, those are some pimp offices. Reminds me a lot of ATC. Where do you work, Cash?

P.S. And yeah, those are Z2's, haven't gotten around to taking them off yet (plus: on ramps). Surprised you didn't hear me arrive or leave, I still haven't replaced the mufflers after last weekend yet either. :mrgreen:

Tip for your next visit, we have pay-to-park for visitors on the south side of the bldg (the side you were on), but we have free visitor parking on the north side - go figure. We are so far from main campus that people are rarely ticketed in our lot.

I once had a building inspector object to the way I had framed an out building. I asked if I got it stamped by a PE, would he approve it. He said, Yes. I said, "Hold on, I'll be right back." :mrgreen:

Nice! I worked at OIT for 4 years and now work for IGSP in the med center. My office is in crappy North Building! I've worked with FMD on numerous occasions in the past to schedule HVAC maintenance in datacenters where my compute clusters reside. North 145, 154, and Fitz East datacenters.

Cool! Didn't IGSP only recently move into North? I know 145 and 154 very well.

BTW, If you look at the design drawings for Fitz EDC, you'll see my stamp. I designed it prior to coming to Duke - guess that's how I ended up here. We need to hook up for lunch.
