Heel of the month is an award for those who exhibit excellent driving and/or go above and beyond to help the club out. This months award went to you for your excellent driving performances thus far this year both at our events and at Dixie, as well as your anxious willingness to help with the novice school. Thanks for your contributions to the club.

We have our actual "heel" that recipients of the award are nominally supposed to hold onto for the month (kinda like the Stanley Cup) and each person who receives it is tasked with adding some sort of decoration to it. At the end of the year, the heel of the year takes the trophy home for good.

Unfortunately we are a little behind on decorating the heel right now. I believe its still finding its way to Matt McGrain (February HoTM( for him to put his obligatory type R sticker on it, then to Rob (March HoTM), and we'll find an occasion to get it to you shortly after that.

Thank you so much. It was great fun being an instructor and I'm glad we had lots of people.

I don't know what you are talking about. I did exactly what my instructor told me to do, I kept it at 8/10.

Congrats Kraig on the HOTM. Steve S. is dropping it by my work today (thanks man!), I'll add my flair and bring it to Nccar for Rob.

Sure... while he was in the car.

Shocking, but after looking at the data, he could (will) be a few seconds faster. Now we need to get some of that autox focus tuned down (you won't ever be the only car on track), he'll be a real force for Evil(tm). (and by Evil(tm) I mean Team Duff Beer) He'd make a damn fine Stig, but he talks too much!

I also saw Kraig's car in the back of the latest issue of GRM. Congrats on that!
