All, just a heads up that we will be supporting the Tire Rack Street Survival twice this year at the Raleigh Police Dept training facility.

The slightly more than tentative dates are:

April 20/21st
October 26/27

The first date will be interesting given THSCC will be on it's 3rd weekend of events: 4/6-7 HPDE, 4/13-14 Autox/EV Challenge and then the following weekend TRSS.

Can I get a dozen or so rough commitments that we can get instructors for that weekend in April, even after 2 prior weekends of events before BMWCCA commits with RPD.

On a slightly unrelated note, I want to keep Tarheel Chapter BMWCCA and RPD on 'our side' for other reasons so I want to be able to comfortably commit to that weekend sooner rather than later.

edit...I thought I was available, but I'm working to switch out of weekend call so I can help out. How final are the dates? "Slightly more than tentative" is like 60/40?

The April one is definitive if I can get enough support. Let's say that since we already have March figured out and RPD has no other March dates and we have our HPDE and Autox in April already known.

The October one is pretty definite since we haven't planned autox that late.

Hey James - you can let the guys know that, at the moment, I should be available for both those weekends. I'm up for Chief of Course again for both.

James,

I'm up for one day on the April weekend. I can probably do one or both days for the October event.

Already committed to Instruct the Spring Street Survial and put me down for October as well.
I will come early on Sunday for the EV and help out.

I am very proud of the clubs commitments to EV and Street Survival.

I can most likely do both EV and Street Survival. I instructed last year and can do so or work the course.

Count me in for both days on both weekends. Have not been able to help out with the last couple but these are on the calendar now.

I suggest breaking the weekends down in this doc into separate days, some folks may no be able to attend both days.
