Which is why one should join a real "car club".

I was at a DE at Watkins Glen several years ago when the local Corvette Club showed up to run parade laps during lunch. One would have thought they were setting track records given the whooping and hollering they were doing as they passed start finish.

To quote Ron White............ "Ya cain't fix stoopid"

From the article:
Quote:
After receiving multiple calls Sunday morning, Augusta County deputy Trevor Ross said law enforcement found that the cars were part of a Northern Virginia car club. ...
Ross said the group was speeding, cutting other drivers off and passing over double yellow lines from Va. 262 then traveling west on U.S. 250 through Churchville.

That's just how people drive in Northern Virginia (like complete jackasses). What's the big deal?
