ideas for getting more heads for rallycross intrigued me, how does this work anyway. you all got real worked up so i tuned it out. I was having a good evening and was avoiding a arguement. But now that I hope i wont get yelled at, how does this work... Charges or fees or free or what is the scoop here.I am all for it if it works.

Stephen or Don can go into more detail, but my understanding is that Motorsportreg takes a percentage of the registration fee when people sign up for events that are advertised on their site. So for the HPDE program, Motorsportreg takes 5% of the registration fee (adds up when registration is $300+ per event); however, there's the advertising and convenience factor that makes the 5% take justifiable.

Motorsportreg.com doesn't charge anything if you don't take money in through their site. So we can list all the events we want because we already have a membership for the track program (that pays MSReg A LOT of money). As long as we link to our own registration we currently use in the listing on MSReg, it won't cost anything extra.

If it does not cost anything. and the club gets more exposure, I say do it.
