I ordered a new adjuster knob for the koni shocks/struts I have due the insert in the knob about to come apart. Wound up ordering from Koni directly for the low low price of $12. I received an email shortly after my order stating that my “parts order” could not be met and that I would receive it in about 8 weeks. Seriously? And you wonder why Koni is receiving a bad rap in the car mod world. Good thing I didn’t really have to have this. Koni needs to get their collective act together.

Just use a socket. IIRC 6mm socket fits the shocks with the larger adj tab. That's what I used to use on the BMW because the koni adj would not fit down in the strut top.

I may have extras. I could sell to you since they are apparently in short supply for the price of $25 LOL

I'll see how many i can find and if I have extra I'll bring it to Garyville

mine has the flat blade adjuster on the top of the shock. The small insert that goes into the knob is coming apart. Be glad to spring for a beer in exchange for one in good shape.

Yeah, use the socket. It fits.

ah, gotcha now. So assuming I ever get this knob, I'll just keep it boxed as a testament to Koni and their customer commitment.

Epoxy the socket to the knob and it won't wear out.
