I want one like Sean has. It is a Snap On that vibrates and beeps when you hit the designated torque setting. I think it cost a little more than these Sears is listing.

Yeah, most snap-on torque wrenches start at $250 :).

Yeah, the "TechWrench". I first thought it was more of a gimmicky kind of thing, but I used one a few times and it's awesome.

I won't be buying one new off the truck anytime soon, but I'd pick one up used if I could find a good deal on one.

BTW- Craftsman torque wrenches are NOT considered "hand" tools by Sears when it comes to warranty- so no "lifetime" warranty on them. I think they have a 1 year warranty. Not that they're bad tools, just caught me by surprise when my ~1.5 year old Craftsman torque wrench came apart and they told me about this- I never did buy another Craftsman to replace it.

Just bought one to replace my recently-broken 7-year old wrench. For ~$5.50 a year I'd say that price is right up my alley. I don't use mine as much as others probably do, so there's that as well.

my harbor freight torque wrench is still kicking, 6 years later.

Now how well its calibrated is a question, but I've unwound the spring after use every time, so I know its at least good enough for lugs (which is what I use it for 95% of the time).
