What is the deal with 264 between Wilson and Greenville. It is horrible in the rain, water puddles everywhere and there are always mutiple cars in the guard rail when it does.

Lots of traffic makes the right lane settle (semis mostly ride in the right lane), we resurfaced up to the Wilson county line a few years back to fix it. Other sections have been resurfaced as well. I guess there isn't a sufficient base under the road for the volume of traffic it now sees.
