Bowie forwarded me an email from the organizers of the robin hood rally. Concept is to drive like a bat out of hell on some closed public roads. This is also a reality TV show, so I imagine they're looking for some "conflict" among drivers. Looks like the entry fee is $495 and not sure what all that covers. Here's the link Bowie sent....

http://www.robinhoodrally.com

Entry limit is set at 500. Let us know if you sign up!!

From the website:
Quote:
There will be a limited number of individuals considered for Participation in RHR2 and they will need to highlight their driving skills, be comfortable on camera, posses panache, have a reliable and sporty (does not need to be exotic) vehicle, and we will need to see that “spark” of humanity that makes people want to watch you.

I can only think of a few in our club that might make this cut.

Sadly, I don't think Randy Melton is available, but he would sure be entertaining in front of a camera!

Al would be another good candidate for sure. Anyone who races a car and has to wear Depends as part of their gear is a piece of work worthy of TV.
