I was reading the latest GRM issue and came across a 5 page spread about Robert Goodwin and the build out of his subie. The article named "midlife crisis" followed Robert's start of rallycross and HPDE. THSCC gets an honorable mention in the story up along w/ Kevin Allen getting a photo credit. The write up starts on page 94 of Nov issue.

So, I'm curious. How does a something like this get started?

Congrats Robert, great story!

Rodney, Would love to have some wonderful story about how this happened but the truth is, Dumb Blind Luck. Came out of the lodges at VIR on Sat of the Trackdaze event there last year, drove up to my car in the paddock and these two dudes were hanging around. "This your car?" Yup. Mind if we ask you some questions? Nope. Can we take some pictures? Sure. It was Scott Lear and David Wallens from GRM. They followed me to the drivers meeting and took pics, and did so throught the day. Kind of freeky. Said they were trying to do a "human interest story" about someone who tracked their car, and how easy it was to get on track. I guess they thought "if this dude can do it....." Crazy huh? Thanks for the comments.
