I've got a few projects that I don't think I want to deal with. I need the following:

1) plumber for a small job (tub faucet installation/upgrade)

2) Someone to do wood/laminate plank flooring (500 sq feet or so) over a slab foundation (even better if they can sell us the flooring for a fair price).

The guy that took care of the "punch list" when I sold my house did a great job and is very reasonably priced. He actually works with Karl Shultz at IBM, but likes home improvement projects, so does them on the side. Can't remember his name, but Karl would know who I was talking about.
