Top Gear (UK) to film at VIR this month?

FWIW, I'm free to talk. I was asked not to post pics or video until after it airs, but I shot no pics or videos. And I signed nothing nor was I asked to (other than VIR's normal gate waiver). No idea what they asked of Marty and those that stayed later.

Once you click on the torrent link, it should automatically open up your client. What happens when you click on it?

Todd,

You didn't really download a client from topgear. What you downloaded was the link to the torrent. You need a bit torrent client installed on your PC. I use Vuze (new name for Azureus). Download it. Install it. Start it running. Then go back to topgear and click on the torrent link. When you get to the link that says "Download torrent from ZoinkIT" then click that. It'll ask if you if you want to save or open. Click open. Now go look in your Vuze client. You'll see the actual video is downloading. Voila!!!

Another option is just go start your Vuze client. In the search box put Top Gear or whatever videos you are looking for. It'll find them. Download straight through the torrent client.

Now go buy more disk drives as you'll be downloading videos and movies and need the space... ;-)

I just watched the alpha episode (series 10 i think) where they went to a track day and were awarded 1 point for every pass (overtake) and lost one point for everytime they were passed.

I wondered if this is what they did at VIR?

either way it was cool as hell to see a top gear sticker on the rear wing of a rig at the AV event...
