Hey guys... so now that I've got my internet connection issues sorted, and some machinery that will enable me to run a full race with little to no headaches and decent graphics... I'm ready to get back online more regular like.

So I'd like to start by hosting a race for my buds.

"Test" race will be tonight... Tuesday, Sept 7th... 9:00pm

Spec Racer Ford @ Lime Rock Park (no chicane)

40 minute open practice starts at 9:00, 20 minute open qualifying starts @ 9:40, 20 lap race starts @ 10:00pm

this sounds like fun, but I have no iRacing setup at the house and the current PC won't support on line gaming very well. Time for a new PC!

Oh yeah... 1st test race went pretty well... only had four racers, but it was fun.

And I can say that I beat Mike Skeen :D

He had a couple offs, and as he was trying to catch me for the second time, he pushed a little too hard and ended up in the tires outside of the final turn... he must have had a connection issue cause he disappeared... but I feel sure had he rejoined he would have caught me again.

Next race is Tuesday night, the 14th... Summit Point

Sorry I didn't post about Round 3... so...

After a week off, we're starting back up with Round #4
Lime Rock w/chicane

Choose the Spec Racer Ford OR the Mustang FR500R

!!NEW TIMES/Format!!
9:00-10:30 - Open Practice/Qualifying (Grid will be set based on practice times)
10:30 - 20 lap race, ROLLING START

** I'm adding the Mustang into the mix based SOLELY on the fact that My times in the Mustang on Summit Point were VERY close the times myself and Mike Skeen were running in the SRF's on the same track. No idea how they'll compare at LRP, but it should be fun! **

This hosted session is by invite only... session password will be FORDFUN (feel free to invite whomever you'd like... session will be limited to 26 cars total)
