 Post subject: WTF is with these "drop down" adds on my browser?!

Has anyone else noticed these annoying adds that drop down from the very top of the browser, causing the page to auto-scroll down an inch or so?

Is this something new with the last firefox update? Provider? It's driving me NUTS!!

(been noticing it for a few days now)
